How to use the rotation gizmo
1
Pick a joint
Click a joint name in the right panel (Head, L. elbow, etc.) or click directly on the 3D model.
2
Read the colored rings
Three rings = three rotation axes.
● Red = X● Green = Y● Blue = Z
3
Drag a ring to rotate
Click any colored ring and drag along the arc to rotate the joint around that axis. The 3D model updates live.
4
Choose where the gizmo appears
Body — gizmo on the joint, in the main viewport. Panel — gizmo in this floating box (default). Auto — both at once.
5
Reset, Deselect, or undo
Reset — restore this joint to its rest pose. Deselect or Esc — close the gizmo. Save current (left panel) — keep this pose in your library.
You can reopen this tutorial anytime by clicking the ? button in the gizmo panel.

JOINT SELECTOR
Drag any part of the figure to pose it, or pick a joint on the map.
How it works
The part under the pointer is outlined, and dragging moves it: an arm or leg swings at its joint, an elbow or knee bends, a hand or foot pulls its whole limb.
For one plane at a time, with degrees, pick a motion in the bar under the figure. Drag empty space to move the camera.
Fine-tune with the sliders under the map, or the rings beside the figure. More, under the rings, has the Movement pad and exact values.
Esc deselects · ] next joint · [ previous · ? all shortcuts.
Drag any part of the figure to pose it, or tap a joint on the map.
Drag empty space to turn the camera. Use the Movement pad
and Rotate below for exact angles.
